Biography
Julie joined the ExCollege in 2022. She holds a BA in Education from Lesley University and an MA in English from UMass Boston. She has several years experience teaching high school English in the greater Boston area, where she focused on curriculum development and culturally-relevant texts. Her Master’s thesis focused on neoliberalism, utopian literature, and science fiction. Outside of work, Julie can be found birding, playing video games, reading, and hanging out with her cat.
